(Senior) Project Manager

(Senior) Project Manager

To strengthen our team, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven Project Managers to join our team, based either in our headquarters in Amsterdam or working remotely across Europe. As a Project Manager you will be a critical member of the team. Your main responsibility is to ensure global access to the products within our portfolio via early access programs. You act as first point of contact for drug developers and will be in charge of all program set-up activity, as well as responsible for managing all aspects of program execution and delivery. You will work closely with all functions and have full operational support from a project team consisting of medical affairs, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, compliance, technical operations and marketing.

So, in short, in this role:

  • You are the primary contact person for a product/program, which means that you manage all of the ongoing activities regarding that program;
  • You build a detailed project plan including deliverables, milestones, and objectives and ensure that KPIs and forecasts are defined, monitored and reviewed;
  • You develop strong relations and trust with all stakeholders and keep them up to date on the process/progress of your program;
  • You are in charge of keeping the business development library up to date.

Job requirements

  • You have a university degree (master or Ph.D.) in (bio)medical / life sciences;
  • You have previous experience in project management in a multifunctional setting. Ideally, you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry• You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and writing skills; native English would be preferred;
  • You have strong organization skills and can easily switch between different projects/tasks;
  • You are result driven and to you, a deadline is a deadline;
  • You consider a hurdle as a challenge and are creative in problem-solving;
  • You are a team player with a positive mindset and a pro-active attitude.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills.
