Under specific circumstances, Alfasigma may provide access to our medicinal products, outside of clinical trials, before they are available by prescription, for patients with an unmet medical need.

How it works
myTomorrows, in partnership with Alfasigma, will facilitate the management of all physician directed requests for access to medicines.
Assessment by physician
Confirm the patient’s unmet medical need, including access to clinical trials.
Confirmation
The request will be acknowledged within 3 business days after receipt.
Review and decision
Await review by Alfasigma for a decision and to determine the next steps. myTomorrows will notify you directly.
Access is never guaranteed and can cease at any time at the discretion of Alfasigma.
