There are additional inclusion and exclusion criteria that will be further evaluated during a call with a Patient Navigator.

Based on the results of that call, and with your permission, your information would be shared with a study site. At the study site additional screening assessments (such as completion of a physical exam, blood tests) will be done to confirm your eligibility and enroll you in the study.
