At myTomorrows, our approach to software is guided by a distinctive paradigm: we automate tasks as much as we can but ensure that our tools give insight on the generated output and, most importantly, final decisions are made by medical professionals.

In the context of our search results, this entails leveraging Machine Learning to categorize each trial across multiple diseases, subject to review and approval by a medical professional. We employ analogous techniques to assess the relevance of a trial. Additionally, our search engine undergoes regular updates every 24 hours.
