This Privacy Notice explains how Sentynl Therapeutics, Inc. (“Sentynl” or the “Company”) collects and uses your personal information in connection to the Expanded Access Program (hereinafter the “Program”) and what your rights are in relation to Sentynl’s collection, processing and retention of your personal data.

References in this privacy policy to “Sentynl Therapeutics”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Sentynl Therapeutics, Inc. (a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware in the United States of America). We control the ways your personal information is collected and the purposes for which it is used by Sentynl and its partners.

What personal information is collected and used?

If you are a physician, we will collect general information about you, such as your full name, e-mail address, function, medical experience, medical license number, as well as the name and address of the site at which you work or with which you are affiliated.

If you are a pharmacist, we will collect your full name, e-mail address, phone number, function, license number as well as the name and address of the pharmacy.

If you are a support staff member, we will collect your full name, email address, function, and your license number (if applicable).

Why do we need your personal information?

We use the information you provide to be able to provide you access to the Castor system (hereinafter the “System”), and for logistic purposes and invoicing within the Program.

What is our legal basis for processing and how do we obtain your information?

We will process your personal information for the purposes mentioned above. The data processing is based on the consent you provide us by accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice. The processing of your personal data may also be required by applicable laws or regulations. All the information we collect and process about you will be obtained directly from you.

Who will receive your personal data?

We will limit the sharing of your personal information to the necessary extent. Please note that we might share your personal information with Sentynl employees; Sentynl affiliates, including their employees and suppliers; business partners and vendors that support our business (such as service providers and technical support); and other collaborators (like internet providers).

In all cases, where we share your personal information, we ensure that the recipients process the data only according to our instructions and only for the purposes described above in the section “Why do we need your personal information?”. Additionally, we ensure that the recipients of your personal information implement technical and organisational measures to ensure a sufficient security level to protect your personal information.

For how long do we keep your personal data?

We will keep your personal data no longer than is necessary in the context of the Program. We will keep your information for a minimum of 2 years after the completion of the Program. After that, your data will be securely archived in accordance with applicable laws.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time for any data privacy inquiries at Sentynlprivacy@sentynl.com or dataprotection@mytomorrows.com. You can, at any time, ask for information about our processing of your personal data. If it’s applicable in your country and permitted by law or regulation, you may also ask us to rectify wrong or insufficient data about you or delete your data. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority.
