What technology do we use for TrialSearch AI?

With TrialSearch AI we adhere to the same paradigm as everywhere else: we automate as much as we can, while always having a medical professional do a final review and make the final decisions. We use OpenAI’s GPT-series of models, hosted on Microsoft Azure in Europe, to check whether a medical profile meets a clinical trial’s eligibility criteria.

To search for and summarize the latest clinical results for a drug, we currently refer users to Perplexity.ai. All of TrialSearch AI is powered by our search engine. To dive deeper into how AI-assisted pre-screening in TrialSearch AI works, take a look at our paper.
