Our platform

Pre-screening

Gathering pre-screening information securely

We pre-screen patients using key criteria from publicly available trial databases. Physicians can independently pre-screen their patients or guide them to our team of Patient Navigators, who manage the process of searching for relevant options.

Referrals

Receive high-quality patient referrals

Pseudonymized patient profiles are created on our ISO 27001-certified, GDPR-compliant platform. If deemed potentially eligible, trial sites can directly accept and get in touch with patients to invite them to be screened further.

Connect

Experience our easy-to-use one-stop platform which enables patients, physicians, and trial sites to connect, reducing admin and wait time and ensuring transparency throughout the process.

How we help clinical researchers

myTomorrows’ mission is to enable better and earlier access to all possible treatment options for patients. Our Patient Navigators gather information with their consent, creating pseudonymized profiles, which can be referred to trial sites via our ISO 27001-certified and GDPR-compliant platform.

Physicians can also directly create and refer a patient profile. This is how we ensure compliant, high-quality patient referrals, enabling direct contact by trial sites for further screening.

Does one of your patients need help?

We also help treating physicians and their teams to navigate the complexities of clinical trials and expanded access programs for their patients with unmet medical needs.

5. What does “pre-screening” patients mean?

In clinical trials, “screening” determines a patient’s eligibility, typically handled by trial staff. For effective referrals, we conduct pre-screening, checking key criteria of a trial based on publicly available information. Physicians can also pre-screen their patients themselves or direct patients to our platform, where our experienced Patient Navigator manages the process of searching and providing relevant options and if desired, support with the referral to a site.

Our streamlined process involves:

  • Patients or physicians request clinical trial information.
  • With consent, we collect pertinent patient data.
  • Using the medical profile, we perform a targeted search for suitable options.
  • When possible, we directly refer patients to trial sites using pseudonymized profiles via our platform.
