The Sentynl Access Program is a potential pathway for patients to gain access to lonafarnib (Zokinvy®) for the treatment of Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome and processing-deficient Progeroid Laminopathies in countries where access is permitted and lonafarnib is not commercially available.
