The Sentynl Access Program is a potential pathway for patients to gain access to lonafarnib (Zokinvy®) for the treatment of Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome and processing-deficient Progeroid Laminopathies in countries where access is permitted and lonafarnib is not commercially available.

Each request is evaluated individually, taking into account the patient’s specific circumstances in relation to the eligibility criteria of the expanded access program. Detailed patient information and a comprehensive medical justification may be required to assess a patient’s eligibility.

1. Healthcare Provider Information

2. Patient information

Please confirm the product of interest, review the patient eligibility criteria, and include the rationale for your request ensuring no inclusion of personally identifiable patient information.

3. Submit request

Once all required fields are filled, submit your request for review. You will receive a confirmation of your request which includes your request number.

4. Evaluation of request

Our team will review the submitted information and follow up with you (normally within 1 business day) over email or phone if additional information is required. Depending on the results of the evaluation, we will communicate the appropriate next steps.

Patient eligibility will be determined by Sentynl Therapeutics, Inc. in accordance with Sentynl Therapeutics, Inc.'s established policies and procedures.
