Why did myTomorrows build a search engine for clinical trials and expanded access programs?

We recognize physicians’ challenges, including limited time for searches, difficulty staying informed about available options, and potential reliance on outdated public databases.

Our search engine has three key objectives:

Comprehensive overview: we aggregate data from various registries, including Clinicaltrials.gov and EudraCT. We are actively looking to add more registries in the future.
Up-to-date results: We ensure our database stays current by gathering community feedback on trial and site status, updating it daily.
Relevance: our platform’s users are patients with ongoing illnesses. We use specific criteria to classify trials as relevant for this audience.

By hosting our own database, we can develop user-friendly applications like TrialSearch AI and a pre-screening suite for BioPharma. This enables innovative and efficient solutions for physicians and BioPharma, filling a gap in the market for a search engine delivering comprehensive, up-to-date and relevant results on clinical trials and expanded access programs.
